I found the staff genuinely helpful and they were even willing to stay late to ensure that my phone worked properly. I'm very happy with their service despite some of the other reviews I saw at this location. I would gladly come back here where they devoted their full attention to meeting my needs. I think before believing reviews, perhaps give this place a chance and see for yourself.

Staff interaction is important for a phone company attempting to lure customers from carriers with better service such as Verizon. This is not the case with the employees at this AT&T location. The manager was less respectful and professional than her employees and had a suprising lack of knowledge of the products and accessories available.

Coming from a customer service background myself it is disappointing to see mistreatment of customers and hopefully the company will make the changes necessary to earn back the trust of its potential customers.

Horrible. On her PERSONAL phone the whole time on a call. And she even put my screen protector on  crooked 4 different times and it’s still not great. So mad!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
WAITED 15 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO SAY HELLO, I SAT ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR JUST TO PAY MY BILL. NO PARKING AVAILABLE DUE TO THE PIZZA PLACE NEXT DOOR. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Absolutely horrible. 
Customer service is ridiculous. 
They "forget" to tell you about extra charges that you'll get stuck paying. 
I purchased a phone and phone plan from them ONE WEEK ago and have had to not only go back twice, but I'm still dealing with att trying to get charges taken off my account that I was never informed I'd be getting. 
The assistant manager Nate, is extremely ignorant. He hung up on me TWICE while I was trying to get an account deactivated that HE told me I wouldn't be charged for. .. 3 days after I already returned it. THEY STILL HAVENT TAKEN IT OFF MY ACCOUNT. 
I will NEVER go back to this att store and absolutely Regret ever going there in the first place.
