Great staff, great atmosphere, very very busy, staffing issues, there is a great need for more technicians, if they had more staff wait times might not be as long. But when you think about it, they are dealing with medications, I want my meds right so I give them plenty of time to take care of my needs. I can't believe anyone has had a problem with this Cvs. I have come from Walgreens to Cvs, I get much better care from cvs then I ever could from Walgreens. It's sad to see poor reviews, I was lucky enough to be treated with dignity and respect and that's why I love Cvs. I recommend them to everyone, especially Cedar lake!

Went in CVS to fill my prescription and the lady who was working at the "drop off" desk (long brown hair with glasses) was so unbelievably rude. She kept saying "I'm going to lose it today" under her breath and rolling her eyes, so not only was she rude, she was completely unprofessional and was treating me like I was stupid/an inconvenience. I get that everyone has bad days, but my boyfriend has also had issues wit her before. Her demeanor and attitude towards me was absolutely unacceptable and if she hates her job THAT MUCH, she should probably go find a new one. Every other employee I have ever dealt with at the Cedar Lake CVS has been kind and helpful besides this woman. After I fill my prescription this month I am going to try to avoid this location from now on.

Will never go there again due to the incompetent big headed female pharmacy Tec that Does not know how to perform her job. Rude and needs to learn customer service ..no name needed the description says it all. Trust me the staff and customers know who she is. Thick cranium no brain. After this last screw up by the low iq pharmacy Tec I will never visit another cvs pharmacy in my lifetime. This place is unorganized and unprofessional and needs to be looked at by corporate. I agree completely with the other review written below. I'm just glad there is a walgreens across the street.
