LIARS. DON'T SHOP HERE. EVER.

This store is owned and operated by SPRING MOBILE, and NOT AT&T. The Spring Mobile employees wear AT&T shirts, have AT&T logos on everything and do their best to make you think you're in a genuine AT&T store, but don't be fooled. You don't want to buy your phone or anything else from this reseller.

For starters, AT&T allows 14 days to return a phone, so if you buy it on the 1st of the month, you can return it by the 15th per my local AT&T Corporate store manager. A FULL 14 DAYS.

Unfortunately, Spring Mobile doesn't count days the same as you or I may count them. They take off one day, meaning you must return the phone by the 14th. Using this counting method, a one-day car rental would require you to return the car when you arrive to pick it up.

AT&T support told me that I was allowed to return my phone on day 14, but Spring Mobile said they would need to get permission from AT&T. So I stood in the store with the Spring Mobile salesman and waited for AT&T corporate support to call in. AT&T called the store numerous times while we waited, but I never heard their phone ring. The Spring Mobile salesman said, "well, I guess they're not going to call". So I quietly called the store myself and didn't hear any ringing in the store, but my number appeared on the store phone. THE SALESMAN HAD TURNED OFF THE RINGER ON THE STORE PHONE TO AVOID TAKING THE CALL FROM AT&T CORPORATE! What kind of sleazy tactic is that? When I pointed this out, the Spring Mobile salesman kicked me out, saying he was powerless to help me.

AT&T also tried to contact Taylor Nakatani at Spring Mobile corporate support in Utah. Phone calls, emails and promises went back and forth, but Spring Mobile simply lied about everything.

Just in case you're thinking that maybe this store would be okay for buying phone accessories, be aware that they charge $35 for $3 phone cases (I looked up the price online), $20 for car charger plugs (just a USB socket WITHOUT any included cable) and $20 for throwaway-quality iPhone cables. Yep, for a case and a car charger with cable, you'll pay $75. Or you could buy the same stuff at Walmart for $5-10.

So if you REALLY want to get ripped off, shop here. If you want to deal with ethical, friendly and polite mobile phone salespersons, go to the genuine AT&T store in Zona Rosa.

We're off for New Year's day. Woke up this morning and no internet. It's now 2 pm and we're pretty disappointed. Called several times with the same excuse we're working on it. We first called 8 hours ago. Why is it that all neighbors have internet with different providers? This is not the first time it's happened to us. We're thinking about changing providers because your company has no sense of urgency!

I drove 20 min to this store. Once I arrived, there was a sign on the door that stated “On lunch, be back in 45 min.” So basically there’s only one employee and he closes the store when he goes on lunch (ridiculous) — I went in to open a new line and they have no inventory of iPhones. How does a phone store run out of phones? Don’t waste your time at this store. It’s TRASH.

On a Saturday, only one employee working until 1.....ish.  Arrived at 11 and waited, and waited.  When finally my turn @ 1 (still only 1 employee working) I am informed they don't have my phone and/or protector and I can come back in 2 days.  REALLY!
Head to Zona store, there are 6 people ahead of me.  Never in my life has it been so difficult to buy a phone.  AT&T must be booming and not need to keep their patrons.

I went in at a couple minutes to close to just ask a question, and manager was ALL smiles! Even willing to help me if I were looking for a phones and a plan!
