We have been having an issue for months on our bill, and have talked to MULTIPLE stores, online, chat, etc, and we were seeking advice from an attorney on the issue.  We explained the issue to Adam, the Sales Manager. He got right to the details and had it solved to our satisfaction within an hour (considering the issue has gone on for almost a year, an hour was very amazing for us). He is sharp! Adam, if you read this, Thank You!

Went to get a new phone for my daughter. Most times this type of errand is one your dread. Always some hitch to extend your visit and frustrate you and your lost time. This time was different. Shannon helped us and she was the best. She was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful beyond measure. She knew the deals and even helped get us, with a phone trade in, a case and charger at no cost. Made an extra effort getting the number ported over from Straight Talk which required her to actually call them to get the task completed. This was by far the best experience at a cell dealer I've had.

I rarely write on-line customer reviews.  However, I was very impressed with the custom service at this store.  Even though they were very busy, someone looked me in the eye as I walked in and greeted me before I could complete the walk-up registration / get in line kiosk.   The service techs set my expectation that it would be 1 hour to 90 minutes and told me briefly about the procedure and why it takes that period of time to repair.   They repaired my phone camera in just under an hour.    Very friendly personable staff at the store while I was there.  You just don't get to experience that kind of customer service that often.  So I thought it was important to let others know that good customer service still exists out there.

Customer service at this store is awful. May be the case with all Sprint stores. Sprint provides awful customer service when calling the main support line and really poor when chatting with them. 3 times I have chatted with them via instant message regarding a billing issue and the rep is unable to assist and says their manager will call me. Never received a call any of those 3 times. Not to mention the pricing issue with purchasing phone once lease is up. Told me $200 to purchase then find out they told me wrong 6 months ago and price should be fair market price. So, I got charged lease expense monrhly for 6 months then purchased for FMV at $80. They did nothing to compensate me. The whole issue was shady, the manager whispered so other customers could not hear to tell me it was a system issue telling them wrong pricing. It is a joke to have these supposed customer service reps treat people the way they do. What a joke to have someone who probably makes $30k a year max treat people the way they do.

Store was very busy I was approached by servicemen first two minutes I was there. Took a look at my phone cleaned it up a little bit no charge. Excellent service
