Hope from the Middlebury store was AWESOME . Absolutely. She was helpful, patient and efficient. And of course, knowledgeable. Way better than the phone service!

I will never go back to that store or recommend it to family and friends,the manager there I think his name tag said Cory he is a bully,unprofessional,combative and just down right disgusting beware people if you buy something from that place and want to return it you will be threatened by him that he will call the police. I feel sorry for the other employees that work there because they should be able to work in a safe place but he is crazy,and I'm not sure how at&t hires people but whoever hired him should be fired too.

My experience was great with Sean! He answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure my needs were met! 5 star all the way.

I went in to pay off my old phone and upgrade it. Sean made it really worth my time doing so, really helpful, really nice, and will go out of his way to help in anyway possible
