Went into the store to buy 2 phones. Needed an upgrade really bad. Shakeem was very knowledgeable and  helpful. Went above and beyond to get me what I needed. John didn't just stand by but jumped in and helped set up one phone while Shakeem did the paperwork and set up the other. Sold me what just what I needed and made my purchases quick and educational. All while helping others also. Felt like the good old days when customer service mattered. Spent over $1,600.00 and it was almost painless. Those two young men are  assets to the company.

If I could give zero stars I would. The young man that works here is very rude and dismissive. I have been an att customer for years, the service I received here makes me regret that choice. Managers please look into who you hire to be the face of your business.

Greatly disappointed after such a great experience when switching over to ATT. 

Turns out no one has submitted our info to recieve our employee discount. I phone and the sales person keeps giving me the run around and has now told me 2 different things both times I phoned. 

ATT asked me to reach out to the store where we got service as the discount should have already been applied. ( when I got my bill and no discount had been applied!)

The sales guy keeps telling me it could take up to 2 months or so........ 

Really disappointed!
