Wish I would've seen these reviews prior to getting scammed recently !! He is Definitely a scam artist I dropped my TV off on February 9 gave him $40 for a diagnostic he calls me a few days later to tell me that my TV needs parts to give him another hundred dollars  cash is my check and I am yet to hear from him or get my TV fixed and now it is April 3 I went to his house to pick up my TV because I was tired of getting the runaround he stopped answering my calls and he Barely answered my texts with the excuse of I'm still waiting on the part I'm still waiting or I can't find the part.  He has over 100 TV sitting in his garage none of them look like they even were ever opened including mine !! Do not waste your money I can't believe somebody would try this when they allow you to come to their house knowing where they live ! Get your tv back -

Doug is a SCAM ARTIST. He comes out quickly and diagnose your tV with this other guy that he is supposedly training. He then charges $65 sc fee and ask for money to order parts and shipping fee. I gave him $260 and have yet to hear back from him, I went out and purchased a new TV. DO not call his business, straight up fraud. I filed a complaint with BBB and he did not respond to them, I am filing a complaint with the Attorney"s General office and if I have to I will take him to small claims court. I will get back every penny from him. Do not call this guy, deal with a more reputable company.

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH.This guy is very unprofessional he is a professional  thief. We leave  our TV on October and the guy that works with Douglas Sorencen (ower) asked for  $45.00 deposit non refundable for let us know what's the TV problem. Two days later he called us and notify the problem will be solve with a power unit but we need to make another deposit of $135.00 for the parts cost not including labor, shipping, and taxes total amount upper up $240.00 we decide to fixed. I went and deposit  $140.00. One month later after call him two times a week he still told me that he could've find the parts.  He asked about deposit parts and still last week can find it?. I decide to pick up my TV and my deposit parts money back. He gave told me an unbelievable  history about the collection money back and told me to come back in three days to get my money back.  Every time that I went there he is not there or he is hiding from me. I will try one more time to collect my money if not I will file a report with the police department and consumer report.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUY !!!!!!!!!!!!
PS: Don't believe about the five start comment and 100% they are fake or a joke !!!!!!!!

This guy is a total crock.  We tried to give business to a local guy.  He has had our tv since before the week of Thanksgiving.  He does not call back, he's never there, and now we have to go pick our tv up to take it to a professional because he obviously is not.  We did all of the work for him by trying to order or own parts.  Totally incompetent.   And I will be telling everyone about this.  Worst experience ever.

Have a samsung 55 inch tv that was powering on an off doug told me a week to fix an he needed 145 for parts this was after paying 45 dollars for estimate its now bin a month an still not fixed i asked for my money back an he said he dont have it to give back he said he needs two weeks dont use this man its all a scam he is never there an never calls you back just keeps avoiding me VERY BAD BUSINESS
