I was having an issue with Asurion's new screen replacement service. I went into this store because it is close to my house. Jose called their customer service and stayed on the phone with them for 45 minutes getting my issue fixed. He was determined to make sure things were made right for me. This was above and beyond his duties. Was friendly and genuinely wanted to help me out. Awesome experience. Great customer service experience!

It's bad service.today I wanted open new account,the guy said need SSN,I showed him SSN card,then he pointed ----valid for work only,can't open the phone.why?? It's crazy. I work and I declare.why I can't open new phone account.

Can I give less than 1 star ? Absolute waste of time going there, their system never works or we need or he ll ask to call customer care.. as soon as u enter the store u ll see the sry face of the guy and realize it's not gonna happen..

Just arrived at 7:37 and they are closed. The posted business hours are:
Min-Fri 10-8
Sat 10-8
Sun 11-5
I knocked and waited 5 minutes, but nobody responded. Complete fail in customer service when they can even be available regular business hours.

This store is trash. Trashy manager named Jackie. Trash staff who don't want to help anyone and send you to another store because they don't want to be disturbed sitting in awkward silence. So rude for their manager Jackie not to want to help anyone who doesn't want to buy or speak Spanish. This is after she did a factory data wipe on my phone. Do not go here. Save yourself.
