Do not abide by their own policies listed and on their website as well as receipt. Flat out refused to do anything for me purchase or return wise even for an unopened controller I'd paid cash for. Straight up illegal and discriminatory practices. Was told I could only deal with the manager of this specific store(which was a lie). Not to mention they put denied warranty without even giving me the option and didn't mention one trade in was only .30 cents. Had to contact corporate and the general manager and was advised to go to a different store as they aren't following corporate policy. Go to Best Buy much better experience and easier with returns as they actually honor their policy. If you do go here remember to report any negative experiences as it helps corporate fix issues they might not be aware of. Worst part is because I was charged for an item I didn't even buy and due to the incorrect nature of the checkout at this store I was actually unable to receive a full refund and still would have had to escalate to corporate. Please please do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs.

Not helpful. Won't shop here again. And they laughed at me.scum bags.wish I renewed my pro reward card at another location. This one is terrible.

The place is small, but they cram a lot in there for the space they have. They take trades and will buy old games you don't want.

This is a typical gamestop where they hound you to pre-order games. I even had a clerk tell me that I should pre-order a game coming out in 6+ months since it will "absolutely not be in stock." However, I can't think of a time when a game was out of stock at ANY store on launch day after 2015. 

Go to the gamestop at North Dale Mabry, their manager is way nicer and doesn't lie to you.
