Went into the store today and immediately had great customer service! Everyone there was friendly and knew what they were talking about. The employee who helped me was Ron. GREAT attitude and customer service skills, he sure knows his knowledge! I highly recommend seeing him at this location if your looking for a new phone or any device. Thanks guys!

I went to this store based on the google reviews. The reviews were spot on. Although there was only 1 guy there he made me feel like I was the only customer there. It was an amazing store.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was helped immediately. I was only looking for a phone case and had the best costumer service I've had in a long time when it comes to phone companies. I was very pleased with my experience and I love my case!

Spent a few days trying to have a problem solved, the only person that took it serious was Ron at the Stoneham AT&T store.  He methodically worked out a resolution to my situation.  I can't thank Ron enough, it's rare these days to get great customer service like Ron provided.  Thanks again Ron, your future is bright!
