I shouldn't even give this sprint store a star at all. Terrible employees. They were talking poorly of co-workers in front of me & were just hanging around taking there sweet time & talking amongst themselves. I was by far uncomfortable. To top it off, they charged me unnecessary fees & add on's & had me buy out my old phone when it was an internal problem  (screen went blue & wouldn't turn on again) and they are supposed to replace your phone! I hate how i was treated!!!! I'm considering switching to a different company

Do not go here! My wife and I went in there to split up our account into two separate accounts.  We both had $125 balances left on our phones, and they told us that after the accounts were split, the balances for each would remain on each of our accounts. Pretty straightforward, huh? 

Well what they ended up doing was setting up a completely new 18 month lease agreement for my wife's account for $475, even though she was not actually buying a new phone.  And then Sprint charged my account $125 for the balance on her phone, that I was dropping from my account. So basically they tried to get an additional $475 out of us for absolutely nothing.

Then, when we called to tell them how they had screwed up? The guy who answered was rude and said that it was essentially our fault because we should've had him do the whole thing, because he's the only one in the store who knows how to do it. Well first of all, how are we supposed to know that? Second of all, even though when we called ahead he told us in advance he'd be able to help us, when we came in, he told us he wouldn't be available for another hour. So we had other people in the store help us. Third of all, everybody working in the store should be able to do this, whether you get screwed over or not shouldn't be dependent on who you happen to get when you go in.  Or if that's unrealistic, at least if you are doing something for a customer that you don't know how to do, get help, don't just take a wild guess and hope it works out.

We've had to spend hours on this that we will never get back, and it's not over yet.

My old phone died and they handled getting me the replacement. No complaints, went very smoothly. Manager and staff were very nice. Would go back to this one over Lawrence any day.

I had good service when I had an issue with my old phone. Manny helped me get it started again, showed me how I could transfer data on my own. He was pleasant and helpful. A great experience!

Went in looking for a cheap phone to hold my wife over until the iPhone 7 comes out. Had to wait for a bit since both employees were busy. It would have been nice if they acknowledged I was there. Once my turn was up they were friendly and helpful and I didn't feel rushed despite a line behind me.
