Team members provide conflicting stories leading to poor, unprofessional, and costly service.  After working with two other people to merge accounts to AT&T using their team in September, we are still left paying nearly $2000 to cancel former services.  Atop that, not being compensated for the overage charges and late fees assessed during the three-month-period of this professional debacle.

This is the worst att store I've e we been in. They have no idea what they are doing Gil is the man of its not my fault and Kevin should try a new field. I had to call customer service at att I hope they remove this location and do all customers a favor

This was the worst store I have visited.
They do not know what they are doing and are not an AT&T Corporate store*
Everything the associates do is via a " Google Search" Really? I could do that myself, after all...
 After completely messing up my phone, they assured me they would do something to correct it and compensate for their errors.
I am still awaiting a solution. No one has attempted to call me even after several return visits! "Oh, he didn't call you yet"???
STAY AWAY from this place or you will regret it!

Terrible customer service; after 3 months of disconcerting, unprofessional service, I'm left with paying $2000 to cancel previous service...with no assistance from that team.
