I've recently visited this location and worked with one of your associates Jason, he was very kind and helpful with all the needs I had during the duration that I was there! During the visit he helped me open up a new line and upgrade an existing line as well.  We were able to upgrade to the iPhone 7plus with Jason's recommendation with me being a direct tv customer as well.  I live almost 40 minutes away from this stores location but the drive would be well worth it with the customer service I received from Jason! One down fall that did happen during my visit was the wait time and lack of associates in the store!  I feel like if there were at least one or two more associates in the store the few customers that were waiting in front of me would have been attended to at a much quicker rate then what they actually were. But as I stated before Jason's customer service and knowledge of this company made up for all the wait time!

Jason was very helpful with setting me up with my new phone and showing me everything there was to know about it!  Truly a big help!

Very helpful.  The lady there (didn't get her name) went out of her way to explain the peculiar feature on the new phone.  spent several minutes being sure to get all of my photos from the old phone.  they could have better prices and plans but overall good.

My wife and I went to this AT&T store the day the iPhone 7 released in September. In spite of the unusually large crowd of customers trying to get new iPhones that day, the store manager, Marissa and her one sales person, Gloria were just great! My wife was moving from Verizon, and her ancient flip-phone to AT&T, and her first ever iPhone, and I was ordering the new iPhone 7 Plus, so together we were anything but a simple transaction on such busy day. These two ladies were extremely professional and personable, and very helpful, especially for my wife, who is "technologically challenged"! They were truly wonderful to work with, and the experience was simply the best either of us have every had at a mobile phone store! Since then I've been telling everyone I know to skip the BS at the other mobile phone stores, and just go to this store for great service! Thanks!

She assisted me the moment I arrived. She was entirely professional, listened intently and precisely answered my numerous questions with ease. She exhibited a real care in helping me find exactly what I needed. I had no intention of using AT&T as my carrier until my experience, it was because of her non pushy, patient, goodhearted dedication to his customers that won me over to AT&T.
