My experience with Paul Masse South has been fantastic since day one, Feb 2015.Our salesman, Dave Begin, was then and still is our 'go to' guy when leasing. Our second lease with him-Feb. 2016, we also met/dealt with Justin McElroy. Our appreciation to both gentlemen for their outstanding customer service can not be stressed enough. We feel as though their efforts of going above and beyond for us and making sure our needs have always been met are extremely impressive. Being treated as a 'friend' rather than just another 'customer', makes the experience of getting a new vehicle quick and painless, making the process very easy. I always HIGHLY recommend this dealership and both gentleman to anyone I know that is interested in purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. I am a customer that is 110% satisfied and have every intent to remain with Paul Masse South for the many years to come. Between myself, my boyfriend, and my mother, four vehicles later, we truly can not thank you enough!!!!

Great experience from my first contact with Denise, to our sales associate Nick Snow who found us exactly the Lacrosse we wanted, to Justin in Finance who made the transaction a breeze. Would recommend highly.

Brought the car in for multiple issues, they were handled is a timely manner, and was even given a loaner car to use for a day so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. A+

Back for service for what seems like the hundredth time in 2 1/2 years for my car which has only 50,000 miles on it!! Anyway, after calling in Monday to schedule an appointment I was told they won't have any loaner cars until Friday, I said ok I'll wait till Friday to bring it in. Go figure, I get here at 7:30am as i was told to, but no loaner car!! Was I shocked...nope Because this is the THIRD time NOW this has happened. This purchase I made from Paul masse Buick gmc south 30 months ago has been nothing short of a nightmare since day one. If you want a reliable vehicle, do yourself a favor, and buy a Honda or Toyota.!!!!

Professional, honest, integrity. All three describe my experiences with Paul Masse. As a military family, we have experienced it all regarding car service. We bought a pre-owned Traverse from the Tower Hill Rd dealership in 2011 and have been extremely happy with their care. They stand by their work and if it is not just right, they do it again. They are unique in this business and I have recommended them to many.
