This is the best AT&T I've ever visited. They are very professional and treat me with the best customer service every time I walk through their doors. Very personal and all around the best experience you'll ever have at any AT&T.

Mr. Timothy E. McNatt Apex Communications, LLC 595 C. E. Brawner Road Wynne, AR 72396 Dear Mr. McNatt, The intent of this letter, is to share my recent experience with your company. It's worthy of mentioning, the manner in which your company is being represented, and my exceedingly unpleasant occurrent, so much so, I'm have considering terminating my relationship with AT&T, which I have hadfor 20 years. On June 21, 2017 I went the AT&T Authorized Retailer, at 2025-C Fayetteville Rd, Van Buren, AR. During my conversation with Ms. Megan Sullivan, she displayed a complete lack of professionalism, inferior sales knowledge, no return policies coverage, inadequate demonstration of the product, along with other critical information needed to represent the sale properly. What was covered well was Ms. Sullivan's divorce. Regardless, after leaving the store, I was super excited to use my new device. I was looking at the phone, and much to my surprise, the screen was broken. This was noticed within a couple hours after leaving your store. When returning to the store, to discuses my disappointment, and my recount of my experience the day before, it turned quickly into a debate, and she displayed zero concern, or resolution for my broken device. Quickly, Ms. Sullivan was very contentious, extremely unprofessional, and preferred to bring reference my assumed martial status, on multiple occasions. How is my martial status relevant, or help in representing the product adequately? The store manager, Mr. Houston McLemore, also not well trained, instructed me to take to phone to a local repair shop they recommended. The repair shop was unable to properly fix the device, and caused further damage to the new device. It turns out, the recommendation was because the repair shop delivers free food to your company, for the referrals. I'd much rather encounter a qualified repair shop over a payola like repair shop any day. After following their instructions, advising your store of the additional damage, they told me to return the device, and they would replace it. When returning, and agreeing to replace the device, acquired my signature, Mr. McLemore refused to print the new paperwork, they threatened to have me arrested if I left the store. Arrest me for doing as I was instructed, and signing the paper work for the agreed upon resolution? He also threaten to destroy the documents, leaving me with zero proof of the transaction. Is this the normal procedure for how you conduct business? They denied the verbal agreement took place, as if they didn't occur, fortunately, my son witnessed the conversation. Finally, a person represented as the Area/District Manager arrived, and was actually professional, sensible. The issue was finally resolved, and he agreed the repair shop did inferior work, an would credit my account $175.00 for the inferior repair, and provide me with a new device. It would be nice if my story ended there, and had a fairytale ending. Regrettably, the stupidity moved to social media, when another store employee , Ms. Abby Sisk, sought me out on Facebook, along with Ms. Carissa Vaughn, who represented herself as Ms. Sullivan's sister. I had express my unpalatable experience, on social media, and was asked by Ms. Vaughn, to remove mention of my experience. Is harassment from Ms. Sullivan's family and fellow co-workers endorsed and/or typical business practices? Not only was I upset with this, but my name and other information was shared without my consent, which is a a huge privacy concern. The mendacious representations, unethical sales tactics of your company, and the handling of my personal information, makes you potentially liable for legal action. What steps well be taken to a sure me this will not happen again? How you reprimand Ms. Sullivan is your problem, but certainty, an apology for her actions would be justified. This will be shared with the corporate offices of AT&T, the manner in which they are being represented certainly will be frowned upon. And my account according to ATT has not been credited Kind Regards, Nancy Pixley
