For the most part, this place does pretty well, but I have been in there too see a sales girl aggressively selling an elderly gentleman satellite TV. She couldn't beat the price or reliability of what he currently had and kept drilling him to buy. It really left a sour taste in my mouth. The other reps are pretty helpful and seem to be knowledgeable.

Went there to get a SIM card switched out. The people working here were polite and professional and got me out quick.
