I've never had a better experience at a cell phone retailer. Everyone who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.  My boyfriend and I were able to add a line to his account and take advantage of the buy one get one phone offer, and the manager who worked with us even drove 30 minutes away to another store and back to pick up the second phone for us at no extra cost. In addition to the phones, we each received a phone case, screen protector, and extra charging cable on exchange for trading in my old phone. Definitely highly recommend this store!! Also if you are looking to switch or make changes to your AT&T account, I 100% recommend going to the store rather than calling customer service.

The staff was amazing. I immediately felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Bryan was able to help me with no issues. Left with a new phone and tablet and even saved money on my phone bill. 5 stars. Definitely recommend others coming to this location.

I absolutely love this location. I walked in looking for a case for galaxy s8, and left with so much more! Amanda gave me a great deal on a case and a screen protector, and also helped me set up DTV Now at half the price! I told her how Spectrum decided to add $50 to my bill and that I was going to cancel my cable altogether.  Thank you Amanda!

Went I to cancel service because it was so expensive, the sales person got is to bundle service with direct t.v. wireless 3 phones and home phone.  All supposed to be 330 all included and all on one bill. We are now paying for everything separately with cellphones alone being 350 a month.  AT&T customer service is helping us get it all sorted out but said all of our paperwork is the worst they have ever seen.  Go to another location all they care about is making the sale not making sure everything is done properly.

Everything was great at this store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ask about their entertainment deals!
