The only reason we went with Home Depot is because I liked their tile. This entire experience to install porcelain tile has been a MESS. From the delivery time of tile not being told to us or followed up on, horrible customers service,  warped and broken tile, The tile guy showing up and informing us that the grout line Home Depot said they could do was against the installers policy, To the tile guy (by the way the tile company did their job and was very helpful) seeing that the tile Home Depot sent us is all warped tile. Now we get a call saying the install will be pushed back a week until new tile can be sent. I'm sorry but this is not a simple job, this is half my house. So we arranged for furniture and all appliances to be unplugged, and water lines disconnected and moved for this not to happen. Then we get a call not even from the assistant manager who told us we can take his offer of $250 off and MOVE ON. Move on! What. When asking for additional compensation we were told that they would not discuss until the project was completed and IF we were compensated we would need to sign a legal document. I'm sorry, but, all these if's and issues deserve immediate attention and IF we decided to do business with your company these issues need to be rectified FIRST

This home depot is the worst I've ever been to. I have a few stories of horrible experiences. Corporate even said they would send a $50.00 gift card but that never ever happened. That was a couple years ago that they " sent " it. Lol Sadly there are a couple great employees but the store overall is horrible. I'm not going through all of the details again, Home depot doesn't care, however I do care to let the customers know that this Home depot is pathetic, rude, inappropriate and lazy.

Used to really like this store until we purchased flooring and installation services from here. Won't make that mistake again. Only gave 2 Stars because they have great financing options. They sent us warped and broken tile, gave us wrong info about tile spacing, very little communication about delivery times, delayed our install a week due to broken tile, and when asked for money back due to all this we were told they would only talk about it after the install was complete and IF they decided to compensate we would have to sign a legal document. What store makes you sign a legal document to get a partial refund when they mess up? After we received partial compensation for the issues we tried returning unused tiles back to the store. The DM of this location only approved 50% refund since we were already compensated. So my compensation was reduced because we had too much tile and they put it in the system as a tile discount not a straight dollar amount. What a joke. Just go to Lowes

Selection of veg plants could be better. Workers are friendly helpful. Found everything I was lookin for.
