I experienced one positive visit at this AT&T. All of my other experiences with this place were terrible. They have the absolute worst customer service! The only good time here was with one worker who was helpful and a pleasure doing business with. Every other employee has been so bad having to work with them. They are the most non helpful and rude people I’ve ever experienced with AT&T and I’ve been an AT&T customer for years.

Ordered Direct TV and AT&T internet. Couldn't install for a week.  Then get a call that a tech has to come by to see if we can get the internet  even though I told Alex 4 times that our neighbors have it.  He said he would let us know if our install date changed.  Never heard from him.  Direct TV installed as scheduled.  1 hour after the between times ended,  I called for info.  They would call back.  Next hour I call, same response. Next hour I ask for supervisor,  he's busy and will call back.  Waited another hour and half.  Same run around. Finally they tell us they rescheduled for next week. SERIOUSLY?  They will call by 7 to let us know.  No call! At 8 pm I call AT&T direct.  They show no instalment order at all for our address,  name,  or phone number. 😠 After explaining all we have been through,  we will be connected tomorrow. Avoid this place!

Went in to upgrade my phone. Decide on a LG smart phone. I never had one, I  was excited to get one. The salesman did everything to get the phone up and running installed the battery and the sim card from my old phone! I paid and on my way out i noticed there were some scratches on the screen. I brought it to his attention and was told he would speek to the manager to see what could be done about it! I ordered a screen protector because they did have one in stock it came and was the wrong one they reordered it! I am still waiting for it and for the manager to get back to me on these issues, this has been going on for over a month now! I went in today and was told the salesman that sold me the damaged phone now works in another store and the mananger would be in later that afternoon. The lady that was working took my name and # said she would get to the bottom of it all and call me back later that day. I have not as of now heard back from her either! I am needless to say not a happy at&t customer!
