I was in October at the At & t Dó shopping mall in Jersey Gardens to buy an iPad, and I got a big problem! I asked Matthew seller for a 128g iPad, I trusted the vendor, and I did not check if he was really taking home what he had asked for. On waking the next day I set up the iPad and realized that it was not 128g but 32g. I returned to the store to play, the seller Matthew was off, I was answered by another seller who informed me that the 128g iPad had finished, and mine gave 2 options, or give back or expect to get more products and see s arrived at 128g for to exchange. I called all week, but at no point was I well attended, and the only information was that no 128g iPad had arrived. I returned to the store on the 14th day, which would be the deadline to return the iPad. I was very poorly treated, and they even informed me that I would have to pay a $ 45 fee to return it! I tried to argue that I was being read because I entered the store to buy a certain product and leave with another, and nobody made a point to repair the error, ie, it seemed to me that it was not a mistake, but on purpose because I did not have the product that I wanted. I returned the iPad, the seller did the cancellation, and the return of the product, but AT & T COVERED THE COMPREHENSIVE IPAD VALUE in my account, I sent a message to the seller Matthew and he made a little case telling me he was right! How was it right if I took a product I did not order, and I only stayed 14 days with it, on the advice of the store's own salespeople to wait for another to change? Anyway AT & T has done nothing to repair this error so far! Totally disabled salespeople, lousy management!

Terrible experience, I trade in tree phones and they just paid parcial of two, never paid the third one, and I'm stuck with a bill of $1100, and the bills are always a big surprise, and I ask the costumer service to change my bill date, they never changed and I got two bills for the same month. lots of promises before you give your old devices and sign the contract, after that you are all alone with all your bills and desapointment, ATT never again

terrible experience. I was sold the phone of the wrong color, when i returned back to exchange it i was asked to pay $45 restocking fee. so i called att customer support and complained, and got them to confirm $45 will not be charged and was asked to go back to store for exchange. when i did, manager of the store (Alyssa ) argued with ATT on the phone convincing them to still charge me $45 fee, for no reason at all. then proceeded to ignore me for the rest of the visit. worst customer service i ever experienced.

Los empleados en general desatentos, mientras me atendían me dejaban esperando para sacarse selfies, me vendieron un chip que era sólo para USA y yo necesitaba hablar a la Argentina, no me devolvieron el dinero U$A 45 , para finalizar al colocarlo en el teléfono un Samsung galaxy s7 se rompió dejándome sin móvil.
