AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Bad service and rude employees. Never buy a phone from these guys! Worst misrepresentation of what T-MOBILE claims to stand for!

if i could give 0 stars i would give they. Do not buy anything from there, when you are in the mall and you thing, that's good moment to take a chance and buy a phone do not go to this t-Mobile store please. I added a phone to my account like 5 months ago and of curse i had to pay down for the phone and i have a good credit and i'm for like 1 year with T-Mobile and the best part, at this moment they had a promotions, and don't remember with one but i remember just the number, the will give me like 150 dollars back on a gift card. Ok The sell's man told that it will be ready in 2 moths and it was ok, i paid and everybody happy. BUUUTTTT 2 moths later no gift card, no money back in my account, nothing, and i went to this T-Mobile store again and i lost like 2 hours waiting for this man and the only thing he told me, i can't communicate with costumers services now i going to try tomorrow and i will call you, this tomorrow i called for my self costumers services and the play with me a old game, they looked around and the said no we don't have you on the list you can't have the refund, and i told they you can find the day that i bought the phone and we can figure out the promotions for that day, the transferred me to other people and and answer was no we can't do that I'M SORRY. OK, i went 4 times more to the store and the same man always told me don't worries the store will going to pay you that amount, (different amount that the first time (first time was like 150 and now the said just the taxes we going to give you back{65 dollars} )). no one called me again and of curse i call to the number of the sell man (J.C) and he just told me i call you back bey!!! and what!!! what kind of service, omg.... ok i waited and he never called me back. 2 Days later i wrote to him and the answer was, "i am waiting for my manager to give me the confirmation to let me see your account, i am sorry i am not at the store. " ok 2 or 3 days more (today) i wrote back again and that happens ......." Free MSG: Receiver 646 400 93_ _ unable to receive message- Message Blocking is activate " i called him and the same message!!!!...... (this complain now was with this store but T-Mobile used to play with you, the same thing happened 1 year before when i bought my first phone )...... Tengan Mucho cuidado cuando compren algo de T-Mobile, cuando hagan un contrato o algo asi, mucho cuidado con todos esos regalos que dice,"Te damos un telefono gratis si compras uno y unas VR gratis" cuidado con eso, si funciona y si dan pero en mi caso he tenido que pelear duro con ellos y en este momento la historia que les hice arriba no me dieron el dinero al final.... Y sobre esta tienda en especifico son super rudos, estan para todo menos para que te sientas mejor.... no compren ahi!!!

Very rude employees! Even though the whole store was empty when I asked for help the lady named Jocey was very rude that she was unavailable. How do I know that if she is available or not. A friend of mine was slow in explaining his problem and other employee was inaudible so he has ask again then he got impatient in explaining it. Rude people!!!! Please be nice. A smile would be appreciated.

Worst experience ever, whoever gives this place 5 star is Cuz either they work there or is a family member or friend. I don't recommend this tmobile store to no one, u would think Cuz it's at the mall u will have the best service but heck no, right in front of me they were talking about the other customer in a very rude way , I was not given a receipt nor asked for my email so my receipt can be sent, I was given a SIM card that was active for 2 years for my tablet, all I have to say is customer service is horrible here they don't care about no customer please avoid the trouble and skip this store they have no idea wat they're doing!!
