If I could rate this location less than 1 I would. I’ve never been so disrespected by a retail establishment in my life. I came in with the assumption I would be speaking with professional staff but was disrespected and humiliated. The person who helped me Kevin, who is also the manager was extremely rude from the beginning of our visit. He was very sharp in tone and also talked to you in a manner like you were bothering him. I can in to add 2 lines to my moms plan. First working on my sons phone, I asked for how well he thought an LG was. He didn’t give a very convincing answer. It was more of a shrug. He went to the back to get my sons phone and came back with one that had fingerprints all over it and a screen protector. He asked, “Is this the phone you want.” I said yes, and he went to the back again and brought out a phone but the box wasn’t shrink wrapped or anything. I didn’t put two and two together until I left the store. I don’t believe he was selling me brand new merchandise! He then brought out the phone I wanted. It was the iPhone 8 Plus. Mind you, during this whole transaction he never has for my approval of wanting to add the service or anything. He just went through my moms account and started adding things. He told me he had a silver 64gb and then came back out and told me he only had black or I can just get the 256gb silver. I told him no I want the black then, his response, “Are you sure?” Anyways, he comes back out, once again doing things before I could see them happen. I never once saw the box. My initial question when I went there was to see if we could also finance accessories. He told me yes. So I grabbed a screen protector, a case, a new case for my moms phone and was looking for a case for my sons phone and a screen protector. That’s when he says my total is at $188.00!!! I asked him how?! He said all the accessories and taxes. He said they don’t do financing on accessories! Then why did you say you did?! Meanwhile he’s helping this other lady at the same time. She was upset with her visit as well. I recall her saying, “I wish you would have told me it was that much before you charged me.” Hmmm. I go to ask anoint the screen protector for my sons phone again, and he tells me his phone already comes with one. ????? So I told him I didn’t want any of the accessories and he rings me up. My total is $88.00. No protection for my sons phone or mine. I look in the bag and there’s no box. I ask him for the box, and he’s like are you sure it’s not in the bag? No it’s not! He then proceeds to tell me that he gave the box to the last customer. He was going to let me leave with no charger or anything! I told him I’m not comfortable leaving without a box. He said, “it’s just a box, it’s not a big deal.” Yes it’s a big deal! I have no charger or anything! He then tells me he will try and call the last customer and see if he can get it back tomorrow. This guy is crazy! I’m not even from the area! He then says he will drop it off! I work long hours! Mind you my disabled mother is sitting then shocked by this guy. He tells me he doesn’t know what I want him to do it’s just a box YELLING AT ME. I tell him to refund me. He says I’m ridiculous, that that’s hassle it takes too long, he refuses! So I ask him for his managers name. He says THATS ME! Now I’m really shocked. I ask for his district managers name, he says I’m not giving it to you. He then says he’s going to charge me a restocking fee of $90 to refund them. I never even left the store! He tells me it’s policy. At this point he’s wouldnt stop. This is unacceptable behavior! As manager!!! You let this guy represent your company! Clearly this store has many negative reviews from what I see. He finally refunds me and says now he has to have his rep take the lines off the phone. This is ridiculous all over a box. He said it’s the principle. ITS NOT OVER A BOX! I’m purchasing something and I expect the full value. Not partial. What if I wanted to return the phone within the 14day grace period. I’d be out of luck! And I had no charger! We start to walk out and

Worst experience ever and the communication is lacking to say the lease. I came in to inquire about what the trade-in value of my phone and assumed immediately that I want a new phone, applied the trade-in value as a credit to my account without my authorization (Oh and they claimed they have no way to reverse the credit.. not my problem Mustafah!). Then went on to tell me numerous times that they now owned my phone that I paid off several months ago with my hard earned $$$. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE SWITCHING FROM THIS RATCHET A$$$ NETWORK.

I walked in to get my old phone cloned to my new phone. There was one guy there, sitting on his butt, talking on the phone. "What do you need?" Was his only begrudging statement. Cloning a phone is a simple plug and play operation, I asked, to which he replied. "No, I'm not doing that today, it's a pain in the ass, and I'm the only one here." (There were also no customers.) "You're gonna have to go find another store." That was the last thing he said, before he turned his back on me. Worst interaction possible in the shortest time, was all that took place. This guy is 5'10, thin, Caucasian, spring a faux-hawk, and an entitled attitude. I will be seeking out his superior over this. I recommend that you go anywhere else but here, because that's what they'll tell you to do.

Staff could not resolve my problem, instead i was asked to call customer service from the store.
