There are THREE people in the store. One of them is here for tech. I've been waiting for an HOUR after being told it'll be 10-15mins. I'll give it an extra star since I've been #1 for 45mins.

Plan on being here over an hour after your appointment time to be seen. I was told I was at the wrong place to drop off my phone. After going home and checking my emails, I was at the right place. Just got off the phone with Sprint's customer service. She was cut off, and her call forwarded to Sprint's insurance company.
I have never been here less than one hour with an appointment. To get our service the first time in 2015 it took all day to sign up.
