Horrible service. Not knowledgeable at all. Absolutely no help. Staff just standing around and very rude. Knew nothing about the service packages and basically shrugged me off. All I wanted was a screen protector. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Decent location overall. We were here to get a replacement phone for my mom. They have a strange queueing process where when you come in they get your name then you wait for a rep. They weren't busy when we were there so I don't know why they made us wait. Got the phone quickly but during the setup process the rep spent more time hawking Direct TV than just getting us done. Probably some incentive program for them. Just took 20 minutes longer than it should have.

Horrible staff. Came in, tons of staff standing around talking, I wasn’t greeted even after walking around the store of a while. Put on the waitlist and told a representative would be with me in a second, still waited even after seeing staff standing around but after they saw someone go on a list they all suddenly had something to do in the back. If you end up coming into contact with Melissa, just know she’s rude and talks to you like you’re beneath her. She was helping another guest with paying their bill, and the way she talked to that woman, was horrible.

Staff is great and friendly but when the staff has to call tech support you will be there for hours waiting on the tech support to even pick up the phone.

After waiting in line for around half an hour, they had began helping someone that came in well after I did. I left, making sure to tell them why. Customer service here is a joke. (Not to mention the outright LIES about the calling plan I changed to. And yes, it in writing, so pretty soon we'll see how they handlle false advertising!
