Our theater chairs were just delivered and they look great! The delivery guys were very nice and helpful. They made sure everything worked well and looked good before leaving. Our salesman at the store was helpful and knowledgeable. He even recommended a couple of competitors that carry what we were looking at for comparison. We did go and look and came back to Bob Mills. The quality and price of the theater chairs we purchased were superior. Thanks!

We have been shopping with Wei twice now, I love her energy!! She is a sweetie! I’m so impressed with Bob Mills and appreciate the added things they throw in, that’s def a plus and no where else does that. We bought a mattress and got another one free, purchased a table yesterday and it came with the 800 buffet storage along with chairs. We will be back!!!

At first the experience was great. Got furniture home and realized that one of the screws was missing that connects the arm of the love seat. Called them and they wanted to replace it. Awesome.... right??? Got replacement in, picked it up, got it home and went to unload it and noticed that the wood for one of the arms was all busted. Took it back and asked to be compensated for my troubles and being inconvenienced for what was going to be over 2 weeks of not having anywhere for half of my family to sit. They wanted to give a small in store credit that wouldn't be enough to cover anything in the store. Not to mention when dealing the situation they were completely unprofessional and did the transaction on the showroom floor. Never once we're we offered to go somewhere else to resolve this issue. I was so upset. I didn't want to look like a fool by getting upset in front of the whole store, so just told them to take the furniture back and got a full refund. Customer service was horrible and I wasn't asking for that much in my opinion to make the situation right. In the long run I think I made the right decision. If their furniture can't making it though shipping how would it hold up to my family's every day use. Super disappointed.

This was the second time I have shopped at this location and I had an even better experience then I did the last time I shopped here. I was able to walk around and look without feeling pressured and that's a really nice feeling. When I had a question there was someone there to help me. I want to make a shout out to Zena and Vu for their exceptional customer service and for taking time to get me the best deal ever. You guys are awesome and you guys made my night heck my year lol thank you so much for everything you guys did for me!!!! If anyone is looking for furniture Bob Mills is the place to go!!!

Bought a coffee table and a dining room table, the table was in the as is section. We could take the coffee table but not the dining table that day. We were assured it was no problem to pick up 2 days later. We went to get it and they could not find it. Turns out someone closed our ticket and said we had picked it all up so they resold the table. We talked to 2 sales managers and the store manger. Very unhelpful. In fact the store manager said he didn’t see how it was any of his concern that we now had no dining table for our family since we sold our old one to make room for the new one. I will never do business with them again. Be careful. They have no problem double selling product.
