Great customer service,  knowledgeable staff, convenient location, private parking. Can get busy on weekends. I'm surprised to see bad reviews about Daniel, he always goes out of his way to help us.

DAN....DAN...DAN. Watch out for DAN. In order to increase commission DAN will add features to your wireless Bill and lie to your face as he is clicking away. When confronted by the customer DAN will backtrack and act confused. Stay away from this store at all cost$$$$$.

This was the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a phone. There was only one knowledgeable person in the store and he was too busy to help me. The man that was helping me said there's not really a difference between Android and iphone. Way too much pressure to sign agreements that weren't explained. Do yourself a favor and call at&t directly if you live in this area. I've had at&t for ten years and have never been treated this way. Get it together West Lebanon AT&T.

This is a busy office, like most wireless stores, so you may have to wait depending on when you go, but the folks here are very knowledgeable, courteous and always give you sensible and helpful advice.  They do not just try and upsell you things or plans that you do not need.  I have been going in here for sales and service, etc. needs for two years and they are terrific.
