Friendly staff. They always make me smile. A few of them are quite funny. Love that it's 24 hours. I recommend getting a savings card. They always have nice deals. Clean store.

Rude and incompetant. They had some random person's phone number as my preferred contact number and acted like it was no big deal! The numbers weren't even close. PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Some of the most rude unhelpful people I have ever come into contact with. No sympathy. Very immature. Go elsewhere. No one needs the attitude especially when you are sick.

I'm usually very happy with the service at CVS in Hanover, but my most recent phone conversations with pharmacy technicians over the transfer of a prescription to another pharmacy were disappointing.  I received one set of instructions from the first two techs with whom I spoke, then the complete opposite from a third.  When I shared this fact with the third, she became defensive, if not rude, and couldn't have been less helpful.  I like shopping with Hanover's Main Street businesses, but I will probably take my pharmacy needs elsewhere.
