Best AT&T store I've been to. The staff was friendly and manager Lola was super helpful and knowledgeable, all of my problems were taken care of and i was very satisfied. Just an all around good experience. 6 out of 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Walked into the store, walked around for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. I had to approach them first to ask if there was a sign in sheet. One of the employee, or manager (short, dark, Hispanic dude with beard) finally signed me in. 

There were more employees than customers today. Sunday around 12:05 am. 

Waited about 20 mins to finally get someone and was not able to resolve my issue. I just wanted to exchange a product that ATT themselves charged me for the incorrect and higher priced product. They told me I had to go back to the same location I bought it from.

We walked in, we were not greeted, that was odd.  Stood at the door area, but no one spoke to us for more then 5 min. We finally had our name added to the list, and another name went up a few mins after. The other name that was added got helped, and we remained waiting. 3 customer service people were working with one client. And another never looked our way when he finished with his. He decided to stock the phone cases. Anyway, we finally got a chance to speak to someone, got our answer  and we were done. Not what I was used to at this store.

There is always an hour wait here. Even after an hour wait, the issue is never gets resolved withing one visit, may be the agents here are not trained. I have come here and they did not have the device in stock too. 

Also, they dont have restroom facility (if they have long wait times, they shud atleast provide that)

I left without even getting my issue fixed or being helped. I would try not to visit this store next time for sure.
