This was the BEST customer service experience I have had at a BBY. I came in because I had went to another location for a screen protecter and they did not apply the protector accurately. Upset, I went to store 1009 to see if they could help me. Steve the manger here was extremely helpful in making sure that not only was my screen protector replaced and put on nicely, but that I would not have to be charged an additional service fee twice, which could have been charged to me. This is example of placing the customer first and making sure you do good business. Daniel was the geek squad representative that put on the new protector and he did it flawlessly. He was also very helpful in getting the issue resolved. This is the best location to go to if you want exceptional customer service. I will continue to patronize this business and hopefully you will too!

This is the best Best Buy store in the company. Do go to the WEHO store or the West LA those stores act if you are there for them. There more concerned about being on there phones or socializing with other employees. It was one of the worse customer experience I have experienced in years.

Large store, fairly well organized. No one seem to want to help you unless you are looking at the big TV's. Found what I wanted in car audio up high on a shelf. Sale price from the ad wasn't offered at the checkout, had to "price match" the Best Buy website to get the price I wanted, at Beat Buy.. That's dumb.

I had the Best Service Ever at the Geek Squad counter, w the technicians. Absolutely wonderful. Everyone at the store have been very very helpful!!!! Thank you very much, I hope supervisors, management pays attention to these comments!
