My flip phone took a terrible tumble and wouldn't work. Went down to the AT&T store and was very pleased with the wonderful service I received from Bekah, a customer service rep at the Wisconsin Rapids office. In a matter of 30 minutes she had a new smartphone humming with my old contacts transferred and ushered me into the 21st century. What fun!

I have now lived in the area for just over a year and gave had go to the AT&T store twice. Both times I was greeted by the sales staff and helped by Bekah. She is very good at what she does. Blah knows her business and has been able to resolve my problem the first visit each time. Actually she even tried to find a better less expensive plan for. I recommend Bekah to anyone who goes to this AT&T store.

I pay $47.00 and change per month on a prepay smart phone and to be honest the service sucks and the data is awful and the people that work at the store in Wisconsin rapids are stupid retards!

Takes forever ....and no public restroom. I was pregnant and had to wait literally at least an hour. I asked to use a bathroom and they told me to use the Chinese restaurant next door. Um, no thanks. Finally after a little while longer they let me use the "employee"restroom with a door that didn't close all the way.

My mother and I came in looking for a new phone since my old one got cracked,we would have gotten the screen fixed but we didn't have any insurance on it. One of the younger girls in there stood up to help us,and was out right rude to my mother and I,pointing out my mothers age and how it must of been a long time ago if my Mom remembered it. The rest of the employees were just sitting around doing nothing. The girl helping us only pointed out the overpriced phones and in general offered no answers to our questions and just kept going on about the overpriced phones and how there wasn't anything cheaper. Soon we left and just as I was about to leave I saw a phone I wanted that was only 99$ but we chose not to bother with that store. We called the main office and they were apologetic about the employees behavior claiming that those sorts of employees give them a bad name. We got a brand new phone for only 99$ that had everything I needed and our bill didn't even go up much,if at all. If you need help,do yourself a favor and just contact At&t themselves instead of dealing with the people at this shop.
