Everything went better than I had expected or even hoped, so it's all good! I could not be happier or more impressed with Don, the installer. I was prepared to lose the shelf in the cabinet below the range, but, in the end, he was able to spare it, so I lost very little of my already limited storage space. He did a very efficient job of removing the old unit and enlarging the cutout; and, although it was obviously a challenge, he was able to reroute the duct work without a major relocation in the basement rafters. He had also prepared me for an extra two hours, if not more, of labor but kept it to just one hour. It looks terrific, all the features are as promised, and I think I will love using it. So a good report all around!

Shawna was amazing to work with. She let us take our time and wasn't pushy at all. She asked all of our questions and gave us time to make a decision. I would highly recommend you work with Shawna Rhodes when you go into the store. We will definitely be back to have her help is again.

We have bought almost all of our house hold furniture from the Furniture and Appliance mart/Ashley store. So of course when we built our new home why not buy the appliances there. So we bought all of the kitchen appliances at the Wausau location October 2016, had them delivered and installed. The microwave doesn't work now, took it into the Wausau store after talking to one of the maintenance people. He stated they would have it fixed in a week versus waiting for them to come to our house which would be around a 3 week wait. When I do get a status they said the parts are on back order. I called LG themselves and they said parts are rarely on back order and they can overnight the parts if needed. Every time I call I get someone from a switch board and they say they will find out and call back. DON'T hold your breath waiting for a call back, it won't happen. I will be going there to pick up my microwave from them unfixed and have a LG service tech come and fix it. I can promise that we will never walk back into that store!

Low pressure and knowledge staff. The problem is absolutely no service after the sale. They knew I was a builder and purchase many appliances every year. If the manager isn't willing to take care of a potential high volume buyer, will he take care of you when you will only make one purchase every 5+ years? Taking my business back to Home Depot where they always do what they can to help you.

The service was great. Stephanie and Shawna did a great job helping me select and Order the furniture I was looking for. they made my experience very positive today.
