We go to the AT&T store on Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg. Everyone there takes really good care of you. There is a woman named Jewel that works there and she took such good care of me. I'm not really good at working computers and phones and all the modern conveniences she walked me through everything and took care of everything for me. Thank you Jewel.

Xavier was the most patient and knowledgeable salesman I have ever encountered at any AT&T store. He was able to explain exactly how to get me a great deal and even probably a better deal than I should have!  Even though it was a iPhone launch day he was cool and took his time with me. No stress and I left a very happy customer. Thanks Xavier!

About a year and a half ago, I bought a LG V10 from this location and was pretty happy with it. The gentlemen helping me was pretty cool so I bought a few accessories to help him out. About a year later of owning my V10, it broke due to some software malfunction (Was very common for these phones, my friends V10 had the same issue.) After looking online that there was no solution, I returned to this store to replace it. Expecting to run into no issues. Only to find out my insurance didn't take effect until after i had paid off the phone, which in all honestly sounded extremely idiotic to me. I understood my warranty was up but the gentlemen who was taking care of me (Not the same person as before) felt extremely unprofessional and condescending due to my age. I could not help but feel like he was insinuating one of two things. 1. Get a another phone or 2. pay off the rest of the V10, which was a total of about $360. I did not do either. In truth, I should have contacted LG about this situation instead of depending on a store that doesn't take care of their customers who have been with them for 5+ years. Instead I switched to Verizon. They aren't much better but at least I know my insurance, which I pay for every month, will cover my phone in case of any inconveniences.

Sold me a broke ass iPhone 6 Plus that I was told was new, clearly used. Non stop software malfunctions lasted a year.

I couldn't believe it!  I needed to take my daughter to the AT&T store because she needed a new SIM card for her replacement phone.  We drove up and the store was empty.  On a Saturday!  How is this possible? 

The gentleman was efficient, polite and funny.  Kind of sweet, even.  It was a real joy to have such service!  It was clear he enjoyed his job and is very good at it. I believe his name was Marquis.   He assured my daughter that her phone would be just as good or better than the one she broke and took the time to ensure everything had been transferred from one phone to the other.   It was evident that he cared and that helped her feel better.  

This is the best AT&T location I've ever been in.  Other AT&T stores (especially those in malls) should look to this one as a gleaming example of how it should be.
