I would give this store a zero if I could. For ten months I’ve been overpaying due to an error when the sales rep created the contract. For the last three months I’ve been trying to get this store to fix the contract. Every month they tell me it’s fixed, and every month I’m still being over charged. Today I’m told by the manager to stop in so the issue can be resolved, after he proceeds to say I’ve never gone in there for this. I go and the stupid store is closed three hours early. Today is not a holiday, nothing online about it closing early, and nothing was said on the phone. I would rather buy a phone from a mall kiosk then go here again.  Just so I’m clear, the issue is with this store. National Sprint has done all they could including calling them for me to tell them to fix the contract because of their error.

Was greeted twice and waited for 2 hours then gave up and left. They are snail slow, put a poor taste of sprint in my mouth. Customer service isn't this location's specialty. STAY AWAY!!!

At this Sprint location, we spent nearly an hour trying to resolve an issue over a advertised price on a iPhone 8.  The staff,  Mark Conway, helped address our situation with the Corporate Office, who for over four (4) hours of phone call transfers, debates and a hangup from an overseas representative this matter to purchased 2 phones as advertise has been moved up the executive chain to be answered in 3 to 5 days from now.

We and a friend made a purchase of a iPhone 8 that we have a copy of the ad which was for $1.38 per month without a trade in, without a activation fee, and with offered rebates, but now we are being chartered  $29 a month for this phone when we are qualified for the $9 upgrade.

We await hearing from Spring's Corporate Office, as their store staff were quite helpful in trying to address this matter.

This Sprint store is the worst. The staff will attend you after two or three hours of just sitting there. They say they know what's wrong with your phone but still send you to Another store so THEY can help you. They are nothing but lazy. Just why are they paying you to do if you can't fix something that you know the problem to???

Bait & Switch Alert!! ZERO STARS!

We came to get a new phone. We told Salesperson Mark Conway we wanted to purchase a new phone. He kept trying to convince us leasing was much better and the phone price would be less. I ran the numbers, he was wrong. 
My husband signed the paperwork and he said, it will all be emailed to you. 
We spent 4.5 hours at the store as he tried to transfer data from the old phone to the new phone. We left as they locked the doors for the night.
We arrived home and set up email on the new phone, guess what? We reviewed the email. He put us on a lease plan!!!  How does he get away with this???!!!
The phone would be more than the flat purchase price!! I feel sorry for all the people who come to this store and don't know any better.

This store is ridiculous!! Long wait lines, they tell you it's corporate store and you can only go to another store in West Dundee or Rolling meadows if you have a return!

We are back here again to try and undo this and right now it appears we have to wait an HOUR again, that's 5.5 hours of my life waisted.
