Love this At&t store the staff here are very friendly and helpful, I've never had to wait more than five minutes to get help from one of the staff. They greet you as you come in and sign you in so you are seen in the order people come in.

At&t needs to invest a little more on training their representatives. I've had issues with my service and  devices and have been a customer for longer than I can remember. Having a quote on quote manager [at this RT.104 Oswego, NY] store tell me, "I cannot pay off your devices for you!" loudly enough for everyone in the store to hear, was completely unprofessional and unwarranted.  Esp. since I was nothing but polite to this woman. Also, this was not what I was asking of her at all. Plus this is not the first time she's been snippy with me and my family. 
Invest, At&t...some of your people are making you look bad and helping you lose business.

After all the hell I went through with the Note 7 recall the staff was amazing helping us order two iphone 7 plus's. Then the day our order was supposed to ship the order got cancelled. The iphones were on back order. We still had the note 7's and needed to get rid of them asap. We use our phones for our business. The day they cancelled our order I went to this store to find out why. After finding a temporary solution I left to go get my husband and his phone. By the time I got back they had just happened to get two iphone 7 plus's, not in the colors we wanted, but none the less they were the phones we ordered. They even threw in free glass screen protectors for our troubles. The staff is AMAZING there!!! Far better than ANY other At&T store we have been to.
