Earlier this month I came into this location to switch from Verizon. Taking advantage of the iPhone "buy one get one" we walked out with two devices. One week later a bill was received for well over $400. Now obviously this includes the activation charges, and the first month of service as well as the monthly charge for the phones. However this comes out to $280 not $400.
After calling corporate I was informed that the salesman Justin opened two accounts with one phone each instead of one account with both devices on it. This caused double charges for the baseline $120. Instead of two devices for $130 monthly access I was set up with two monthly access charges of $120.
The individual(s) at corporate told me "we've had problems with this taking place lately. This was done intentionally and benefits the salesman and the store. The kind women at their corporate kindly corrected this and provided credits which fixed the intentional wrong doings.
AT&T is a great cellular provider with excellent connectivity however I would call them directly instead of being lied to and stolen from walking into this store.

This store is where both AT&T customers and employees come to die. Their service is absolutely horrendous with limited staff who are more concerned about sitting and talking for hours while others wait. Only once has this location and it's employees truly performed like other AT&T stores. When a new popular device is released (LG V30) and this place is only given two of them this tells the story.
Prior to the Note 8 being released I called into this location and was told that in fact "yes, they have them for sale now..." but then having to call another location for the truth. The store is dirty, the devices on display are broken, missing or filthy and the employee turnover is not daily but hourly.
AT&T has great stores in the surrounding areas, just not anywhere near North County m

Worst costumer service. I've been to this store twice and both times they have made me wait for more than an hour. First time was to replace a phone that broke they made me wait for about two hours before being seen only to be told that i need to go to a different store because they were closing soon. Today I went in to upgrade my phone to a newer model. Waited for an hour and a half only to find out that Scott (the person at the door) never put my name in to be seen. If anyone needs phone service from AT&T I suggest not going to this store.

The guy was on a personal phone call when I came in. Half way thru our conversation he interrupted me so he could hang up on his call. Second person I dealt with was about as interested in my issue as I repeated myself several times. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Knowledgeable staff so once helped, I've always been able to have all reasons for coming in taken care of.  But, long waits!  Make a reservation if you can, but even with a reservation I've had to wait 10-15 minutes.
