The only reason I gave it one star is they have no negative stars on here first of all they charge you just a walk in the door $95 to look at an amp just to look at it then it's set there for over a month and still have not been looked at they don't answer the phone you have to communicate via email which takes 3 or 4 days for them to even get back to you the only thing I can figure with the five star ratings is it must be a friend of the people who own the company because everyone else they treat like dirt horrible horrible place to go I recommend just sending it back into the factory to be repaired. It is anyone else other than me noticed that his response is the same type canned response to everybody that's kind of odd having something for for five months is not a decent turnaround time I don't care who you are and not to call a customer and let them know what's going on is just piss poor customer service I from now on all my stuff goes back to the factory you may pay a little more but it's done in a decent time frame and is done right

DONT EVER GO HERE. I wish I could give them less than a star. Carlos doesn't deserve to be in business. Had my amp for over a month and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Only had to turn on the gain stage to see the problem. Never called or made any attempt to ask about the amp, just kept me waiting until I filled THREE (3) official complaints with Asurion. If guitar center pro coverage sends you here, RUN!!! Dale's music is a cool shop. But LS Electronics should be put out of business !! No customer service what so ever. And makes me question his ability as an engineer if he can't think to push ONE button to locate a problem.

Do not take your equipment to get repaired here....I put a casio privia keyboard in the shop November 3rd-2016 ......just picked it up today which is April 11th..thank god I didnt really need it...I heard winston electronics is better and has faster service...

As a studio owner, I deal with a lot of repair shops and people in this industry. THESE ARE THE LAST ON YOUR LIST. Don't even consider them as business partners. Lie, cheat, scam. Horrible customer service. Won't service your equipment in any kind of decent time frame. It's like they just don't care about you or your gear. ZERO STARS

This is the worst experience ever for me with the LS. Show no responsibility at all. My package that I sent to them for repair has been lost and they show no responsibilities and no refund at all. This has been for about 3 months now. Can't not believe it. I am so disappointed and will not recommend anyone to use their service. Staffs are slow in responding with my case and with a very low customer service mind. Have anybody experienced with this situation? Last may, I sent my summing mixer to get repaired from them. I sent it to them via ups with required signature and guarantee because I don't want the mixer with this high value to lose on the way there. They received my mixer, fixed it, and sent back to me. However, they sent it to the wrong address themselves and also sent back via ups without the signature requirement or any tracking requirement. It turns out that my mixer lost and I don't get it delivered till now. Ups investigates this case and confirms that this is LS fault. It has been for about three months now and LS has not shown any responsibility to me - no refund, no any temporary mixer for me to use. They keep telling me to wait. Why do I have to wait this long? This is not my fault at all. I am in the process of contacting lawyer to sue them. I will keep it posted here if I get any luck for their progress. So disappointed and dissatisfied. Worst repair service experience ever!!!
