customer representative was very helpful and solved my issue with my wireless router.  He knew router was experimental and what do to to fix it.  Would highly recommend this att office

Had problem with email, Nobody in store, 3 employees doing nothing, Girl approached me found out I wasn't buying anything. Did not try to help at all referred me elsewhere? Been customer since they were Cellular One next contract comes up were going elsewhere with our business. Should have cancelled our service right then.Very poor customer service if your not making a purchase,

Usually a friendly business. Greeted when we walked in, helped almost immediately. Had it not been for a previous customer coming back in as we were being helped. 3 employees working,2 with customers in the store & another on the phone. Yet I felt as if we had been hurried put of the store once we were told they couldn't do anything to help us. Another sale lost at this store. Was wanting a new tablet.

Went in to get internet home phone and TV 2 weeks ago.dinent work, went to cancel and they talked into one more try  in did not work Greg told me to my face he would cancel the charge if it did not work it didn't work and I got charged  45 dollers for a serves that I did not get  he lied 
be careful deelling with him  not to ba trustwd
