I haven't been here. But the other review shows that this place is terrible. And they're out of business now anyways. Probably because they were a scam. Anyway, I trust the other review and thought I'd put in another 1-star review.

First and Foremost, These people are Scam Artists. I've Never bought a copy machine from them and so glad I haven't. I do however have a Canon machine we got from another office that needed service. Consistently we have had error messages on the machine ever since we started using these guys. The other office never had a problem with this machine, it worked flawless. Even had a lower copy count.

All of a sudden HI-Tech was making us pre-pay for service, and they would "refund us the difference" if the bill did not reached the pre-payment. Well that bill did of course because they already had my money, why give it back. Our last service call I told them i'm not pre-paying. In return the tech showed up and "fixed" our machine. The next day there is toner all over the place. We had another tech open up the machine and the guy from Hi-Tech unlocked the yellow and magenta drum units causing more problems then we had before and the machine was leaking toner all over the inside which had to be cleaned out. 

I called them for another service call at which I was told to pre-pay again. SCAM!! For not pre-paying for their service before they caused me more problems, this was a scam to get me to pre-pay and cost me another service call on top of that. Not to mention they charged me time for researching the problem. I don't pay my mechanic to learn how to replace my brakes before he replaces them, Their tech should know how to fix these problems or have a reference to learn without me paying for it. Glad I helped the next guy with the same problem. 

Our credit company refunded us the cost of this last service call with HI-Tech, and they are being reported to Canon Corporate Headquarters for their horrible representation of a National Brand. Also the Better Business Bureau will be getting a complaint filed against these people. Good luck staying in business scamming people and taking their money. It won't last long.
