We were looking for new phones for my wife and daughter for Christmas, Dustin walked us through all the special offers and helped us pick out the option that worked best for us. He was not pushy at all and seemed genuine to want to help us. I went back after Christmas to have my daughters phone activated and data transferred. He took care of it right away and even installed the protective covers. Dustin was awesome, and I will definitely go back to this store.

My salesman Dustin was very helpful, he went through all 10 of my phone lines to make sure each one was setup properly. He also ordered me 2 new iPhone X’s. It was nice that I was given his full attention and also another salesman Dillon was very helpful picking out my accessories while Dustin was getting my order processed. They really are a great team. Because of them my boyfriend is going to switch from Verizon to AT&T and use the loxahatchee location because of Dustin and Dillion’s customer service. My boyfriend and myself are in the customer service industry and know how important it is to provide excellent customer service to each and every customer. Dustin and Dillion provide such service.

Extremely helpful and patient. Dillan Ball is the man, he spent 2 hours in the phone to resolve an issue for me. Thanks so much for the wonderful service!

If I could give this store zero stars I most certainly would..... but as 1 star is the lowest I will just leave this message for potential “customers”/“clients”: My husband and I went into this store at 5pm and dealt with an employee named “Q”. He was not familiar with the AT&T products whatsoever, but was more than happy to agree with anything we’d heard about the new “buy one get one free “I phone deal ( I-8 and I 8 Plus), making sure we’d leave ordering them and he’d make that commission! My husband was also interested in a tablet and was VERY specific about what he was looking for : an I Pad Pro. He stated he specifically needed that certain tablet for work. This employee (Q) jumped right on that as well , and said “ those are on special for $99 right now”. My husband went to the display to look and asked.... this tablet? It was clearly marked “ I Pad Pro” and he was told “ yes” by Q , several times. Now this deal should have been a no-brainer, however; Q was more interested in what movie they had turned on the big screen for our handicapped son, than moving the paperwork along to complete our business. Not to mention the fact that he had to continually ask the other employee that was there ( we later found it was the manager) how to fill things out and that he “forgets how to do this part and that part”...... Due to all the delays, movie related and lack of knowledge of company protocol and correct product information, I was forced to go next door to get dinner for our handicapped son as it was past 2 hours we were there. When I returned I found we were required to pay our UVerse bill (not yet due for the month) before we could receive the BOGO phone deal. I was aggravated by now and began to ask that the charges that were already put on our credit card for taxes on the new phones just be credited and we’d have to do it another time. Q then told us that wasn’t possible, the card was already swiped- really? You must have been born yesterday young man because we most certainly were NOT ! He was very lucky my husband wanted me to have a new phone and is a very patient man...... Q went in the back, brought out a box with what we were told was an I Pad Pro and an I8 ( my phone). We had to order his phone as they didn’t have one there, it would be there in 2 days. I believe Q was sad he didn’t get to see the end of the movie before we left, but we were finally done at 7:45 .... almost 3 hours later! The next day my husband opened the tablet’s box to set it up and low and behold..... it was an I Pad 5th generation- NOT. An I Pad Pro as requested . The store also called my husband and told him his phone came in (2 days after) and I went by during the day to pick it up for him so he could set it up later that night when he got home. He still had his I6 with him that he uses for work. I was picking up his phone and the employees- not Q.... (without me asking) disconnected his I6 (old phone) , which he was using, and set up his new I8 Plus. All I said when coming in was that I was picking up a phone they called and said was there. I know it was a mistake, but it did cost him a 1/2 a days works phone calls missed and he spent most of his evening fielding messages from calls he missed. This, however, was innocent, and not nearly as upsetting as when I tried to take the I Pad back ( a day after I picked up my husband’s phone) and was literally met at the door by Q that greeted me so very professionally -“ What’s up what’s up?” His store manager was right behind him. I let them know that what was inside the box was NOT what we were told we were getting - an I Pad Pro and we’d like just that as we’d paid for it. The manager just kept asking me” the really really BIG ones????”.I was told those weren’t $99 - the I Pad’s were and they didn’t even have any I Pad Pro’s there. Q also said “I asked you all when you were here if you were cool with it and you said yes”. Seriously???? THIS is how the AT&T employees are trained to speak to customers?? I would NEVER recommend this store!!!!!
