First, they got back to me within 24 hours. That was great. Second, the office manager completely listened to my issue, tried some possible problem solving scenarios over the phone, and was right up front about the diagnostic fee. Third, the repairman, Matt, actually showed up on time, diagnosed the issue properly, actually showed me the issue, and then gave me a quote before beginning his work. And, fourth, he actually cleaned up the inside of my dryer for me and taught me some tips to extend the life of my dryer. So, yes, I would absolutely hire R&B Home Appliance Repair again--for whatever appliance I need serviced.

Fast, professional, reasonably priced. Returned our call promptly, arrived on time, honored 30-day credit policy. We called for them to look at our refrigerator, and because we had unplugged it they could not assess the issue. They said if it malfunctioned again within thirty days they would not charge us a service call to come back. On the 28th day it malfunctioned again, and they were as good as their word! I highly recommend them!
