Shady
Ok so i switched my service from Verizon to AT&T .... The guy was very nice however my husband already had switched over so i was just adding a line to his plan and i already had my phone so just needed a SIM card and my number ported. Easy right... Well it was however this shady guy ported my number in and made my # primary on the account..  Which means he switched my husbands # to the second line... And just got the bill over $300 because he switched our whole plan in middle of billing cycle instead of just adding my # as secondary line on existing plan... So to all of those looking to buy phones or wanting good service.... My advice stay away they are shady here... Not helpful .....

Very helpful, I switched to AT&T last month and my phone was having problems connecting to the internet. I went in and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Great staff, I definitely recommend coming here.

Horrendous customer service-By store manager Billy!!!
Avoid and go to an actual authorized ATT dealer.

I bought a screen protector for 45 bucks for my Galaxy S8Plus.
Billy the store manager put the protector on unit. He did a poor job.
It was making clicking sounds from not being sealed well.

Two days later i brought it back, He refused to replace and try again.
He told me to go through the manufacturer, Bodyguard and they will send me a replacement? He was fearful to do any kind of replacement. I called him back asking for his district managers email. He told me he would call me back and never did.

This is so silly, all he had to do was switch it out-Done with issue.

I have since gone 25 minutes out of my way to the Boca Raton location where I was taken great care of. They were extremely apologetic and fixed issue immediately.

Avoid Att  in Coral Springs Westview. Unprofessional management-Billy needs to be trained on customer service.
