Customer servixe wait time is terrible. Corporate needs to hire more staff

I have been to many T Mobile stores in the past and they all do a good job, however I recently stopped into the Coral Springs location and I met a gentleman by the name of Gina Paul, He exceeded my expectations and went over and beyond. People often tend to blog about bad situations including me however I also feel it is important to let everyone know you must take the time to visit this store and this employee he was honest and took the time to explain what was best for me. Great job buddy you rock and if you ever need a job hit me up would love to have you as part of my team.

I had a such of great experience switching over to T-Mobil from Verizon. GianPaul was taking care of me and he was very helpful. He helped me to choose the best plan. Everyone else in the store was very nice as well. I would highly recommend this T-Mobil Store to anyone.

I dropped my phone and the screen cracked! Ugh....what a way to start the day. So my husband and I went to T- Mobile to get it fixed. There were a few people ahead of us but we got waited on in a timely manner. Carla was the person who helped us and turned this stressful time into a very nice experience. She explained my options and took the time to make sure we understand everything.
Carla also made our experience much better by her upbeat attitude. Nothing like a breathe of fresh air- like Carla! 😌

Let's talk about Kennedy and Jason's customer service: I showed up at this store on Sunday night about an hour to closing time with my parents. Kennedy was very helpful and even made suggestions on how to upgrade and save a little money on my plan. I was hesitant, but ended up adding an additional line and getting a new phone for my father who wasn't really in the market for one but is happy as a clam. Kennedy was kind and even got the old folks laughing which is priceless. Jason was also helping my father choose his phone and offering protective cases. These two as a team are top notch. They stayed later than they needed to finish our transactions and transfer our contacts. Never rushed us and made us feel great about our purchase. Kennedy was right...I don't regret the upgrade. Love this store!
