Wonderful Service!  There is an amazing new staff in this location that are wonderful.  New Management is very friendly and willing to help everyone!  I have read some of these reviews and I am thinking maybe they have chosen the wrong location to put a review on because I never got any of the bad service that is being spoke of.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE!!!  Will be returning to your location for all my family needs!

Everytime I call AT&T they screwed up. They messed up my bill for 6 months, two years in a row jacking it up $300 past what I typically pay when I didn't even request a change. The service is spotty and anytime there's an issue it takes at least four calls in to get it fixed if they don't screw it up that much worse. I do not recommend AT&T

Terrible service!!! I went there looking for some type of prepaid internet/cable option. Comcast offers prepaid services that don't require a credit check so I was sure ATT did. I mentioned several times to the worker that I DID NOT want my credit ran for service. We had a conversation about it, I let her know I didn't want it to affect my credit she clearly understood my request. Even when she asked for my social I reaffirmed my protest of a credit check & she assured me I was fine. Well guess what there's a hard hit on my credit report from ATT. I have a go phone since I didn't want the credit check and recently I came into the store for a quick question. There was only on person working & he had a couple there. I understood & waited patiently. I bumped something & he looked. After approx 15 mins another person came in & he immediately greeted them. He looked my way I waved & said hello & he said hello. I continued to stand there for another 15 mins
 I came in at 7 & left at 7:30 the store closes at 8. I absolutely hate this store & their rude, lying, incompetent employees.

Took the time to help us switch phones that the corporate store didn't. Very impressed with the attitude here. Will come back for all our family phone business.
