Went to this store to create a business account.  I was greeted by Thomas.  Told him of what I wanted and he told me wait as he was with other customer.  30-45 minutes later he tells me that his manager would help me because he can't create business accounts.  Manager was running errands whole time I was there.  I asked why he didn't tell him he wasn't able to help me when he greeted me.  Then he got an attitude and gave some BS excuse.  After I told him he could have been clear and I would have saved time by going elsewhere, he asked me to leave the store.  This whole time He kept looking at the police officer in the store.  Cop didn't get involved, I am sure he new Thomas was wrong to keep me waiting for nothing.  Not very professional at all.  Filed a complaint online.  Very disappointed with T-Mobile today.

Best location ever. Every time we have an issue or concern the staff go above an beyond to help us. Everyone is always so pleasant and they actually greet you when you walk in unlike another unnamed local store.

My mother was having trouble with memory on her phone. She's gone to other T-Mobile stores and had less-than-pleasant experiences with young staff members that just do not have the patience for older customers and never seem to understand what she needs. She'd often left feeling frustrated, confused, and embarrassed. Today we went to this T-Mobile store and was assisted by an absolute sweetheart named Michealla. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient with my mother and helped her understand her phone better than I could. After just a few moments she had the phone back to normal and working perfectly. I really liked this store and will be coming here from now on for my T-Mobile needs. :)
