Had to wait a bit for service, but they did a good job in getting my issue done quickly and I was out of the door within 10 minutes of them helping me out. So I'm happy I went there. The store's very nice and clean looking. I love the futuristic modern look to it. Simplicity to its finest. The items there are expensive tho. Better to get it through a third party icon. But besides that they are great.

Love AT&T. Love Blackberry.
Went to this store yesterday after work to put in my order for Key1.
Some fat, sloppy gangster wanna be with a SF tat on his arm says "we dont be selling them blackberry any more" and "here I will show you out".

Note to SF - get over yourself. Not everyone has ifruit or even wants ifruit. Walked to the AT&T store at Pacific Place..got hooked up for $600 on the Key1. Why did AT&T hire this loser? One stores loss is another's gain...

I went to get information about my current plan and if possible to change the plan. I realized that the representatives here know very little and gave wrong information about new plan and total bill projections. The best way is to call customer care instead of going to this store. Had really bad experience.

And this was the second time this happened in this shop with me. I don't know if they go through any info-course for their agents here. No customer obsession at all.

Very long wait and the customer service rep instead of helping me, tried to sell me all sorts of things I do not need. You have to realize that is a lune between respecting customers and upselling. Treat your customers with respect.

Nice staff over there. I went to at&t change my number, then one of em suggested me to wait till the due date to save my money!
