Terrible customer service. AT&T employee was sitting with feet on the desk, was useless and essentially kicked me out of the store at 1:20pm because he was having "lunch" until "3pm".

Crappy customer service and crappy attitude.

What everyone says is true. They charge $20 for sim cards, when it should be free.  I also had some questions and asked if the guy has any recommendations. The rep was trying to stay on his phone, texting, giving 1 word responses, and dragging his feet to walk around the store. Acting all annoyed when I was smiling the whole time.  There were no one else in the store. It wasn't even busy for him to be annoyed.  SORRY for interrupting his texting time at work.

Save yourself the trouble and walk the little more to the actual AT&T store at the flat iron. This is just and authorised dealer and they are pretty grimes. Charging for sim cards when it should be free. Telling us our deposit for our plan can only be paid in cash....
