refused to do the jobs they were hired for. Only thing they are good at is driving customers away.

Amazing customer experience. The rep Kevin Harvey is the best. He was able to fix my issues with the billing and the account in no time. He is the BEST !!!!!

I just want to exchange a phone after getting my first phone for 5 days. Apparently they don't want to do it!!! The guy (C) was giving me attitude. He was so rude. After listened to my request, he never smiled or even looked at me in my eye. He goes in and asks me to write for 10 minutes and come back without offering apologies. 
Worst AT&T store experience ever!!!
