I had a scary experience at this location. There was this guy by himself, no other employees or customers. I was there to upgrade my plan. He took my ph# my email and when came to payment, says he cannot take cash??? And when I questioned why he couldn't say it at the start or have a sign saying that, he got all abusive and asked me to leave. He even started cussing.  I really wanted to call the cops, but my hsbhusb just wanted to let go of the incident.
All these positive reviews, have to be about someone else being at the store  or made up.

I never usually write reviews but the customer service at the store was beyond exceptional.
Very soft-spoken and professional staff and will go above and beyond to help you.
Thank You Andre and Karim you guys are the best !

karim was a great help and really went the extra mile to help me out with my new iphone even though i didnt buy it from them !!!

These people are extremely rude. I was going there to put a new sim card in my iphone. when I arrived there, they told me to pay 15 bucks for a sim card. I decided to let him take out the sim from my old phone, cut it to fit in my new phone, and put in the iphone. Then apparently I get told that my phone isnt unlocked and that the sim card wont work. Now I dont have a sim card for my old phone and he is making me pay 15 dollars to replace something he did. (break the sim card) moral of the story is do not go to this STORE
