Beware.  This store is an independent franchisee and can add additional charges and rules.  We had a critical prescription drop shipped to this "UPS store" and were informed at pickup that we would need to pay '$5 per day storage fee' to receive the package.  Even though the package was water soaked, we were also informed we did not have the right to refuse the package.   For critical items, call ahead, or find an official UPS shipment point!

Of the times I have went, one worker (young gentleman seems to be in his 20s) was very nice and helpful. However, one worker who is an older gentleman was very crude and wasn't very fond of his customer service
