Never trust this store. I recently came in to switch onto my own account and by doing so they completely screw up the process. Not to mention what they did was highly illegal. My mother's name as well as her social security number is still on my account. Oh I almost forgot WE GOT DOUBLE CHARGED. I have my "own" bill, but she also has my line on her bill. This whole dilemma has my thinking about dropping AT&T all together.
